Palexpo SA manages, operates and develops GENEVA PALEXPO, in particular by organising and developing exhibhitions, conferences, congresses and events of all types, either on its own behalf or for third parties.

Through its activities, the company strives to contribute towards the spread of science, culture, the arts, sport or philanthropic works.

It may also organise or assist in the organisation of all types of events on other exhibition sites, thus marketing its expertise elsewhere.

Palexpo SA is a company recognised as being in the public interest, and as such refrains from all speculative activities.

In its capacity as the major shareholder, the State of Geneva must retain the majority of the capital.
